Just what I needed

“I was just telling my sister how hard it was for me to find the kind of workouts I wanted while pregnant and then came across this app. It’s exactly what I was looking for! 20-minute exercises that vary gently from day to day, that get your heart rate going. You can pause if you need to, and skip any exercises you can’t/don’t want to do. There’s a countdown, demonstration, etc before and during each workout. It’s not perfect, but it gets the job down and is great for my needs. Would definitely recommend!”

It’s just that the workouts tend to be repetitive in one session, so if you want some more action going on with your exercises, you might want to add some other workout sessions from other apps.

Yes, pregnancy is not an easy task. You are required to take all precautionary measures, be healthy and shift your entire lifestyle just to make sure your baby is healthy. There are also some comments wherein the instructions are not clear enough about which side to focus on.

All in all, the application runs smoothly and all interfaces are well developed to make the application chic and easy to navigate.

Great Animation. Poor App.

“You have to read each exercise, which who wants to do while doing yoga? Also - I found it was not clear on which sides to focus on while practicing the poses so I felt unbalanced. That’s a shame - I had high hopes for this app since it looks so nice and clean.”
